Dennis ParsonsPrincipalDennis has more than 25 years’ experience as a chartered accountant, and is a forensic accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in New Zealand. He has held senior positions at a number of large accounting firms in New Zealand and Australia. He has been appointed as Liquidator of hundreds of small- to medium-sized companies, and is one of the Inland Revenue Department’s preferred providers of insolvency services. He is an expert adviser to both the New Zealand Companies Office and the Official Assignee on high-profile finance company failures and bankruptcies. Katherine KenealyDirectorKatherine spent 16 years in the Insolvency and Trustee Service at the Ministry of Economic Development before joining Indepth Forensic in 1999. Since 2001, she has been a director of Indepth Forensic. Katherine is one of the Inland Revenue Department’s preferred providers of insolvency services, and has been appointed as Liquidator of a large number of small- to medium-sized companies since joining the team. Colin SandersonInvestigatorColin was a member of the New Zealand Police for 26 years, leaving in 1999 to pursue his own business venture. He has been part of Indepth Forensic since 2003. For 13 years Colin worked with the police in Hamilton, spending several of those years as the officer in charge of the Fraud Squad. His experience in a wide variety of investigations gives Indepth Forensic a unique perspective on the cases we investigate. |
